Job Description:
1.Delivering training programs for freshers, junior, middle & senior management.
2.Designing customized courses for Junior - mid - senior level training programs.
3.Building training standards and ensuring effectiveness of courses.
4.Building internal capability to train in the organization.
5.Designing and developing instructional material for training courses that support company’s goals.
6.Maintaining quality standards in courseware development.
7.Review and revise curriculum.
8.Take up projects within the learning and development space.

Desired Profile:
Graduate Candidate with BA in English Literature/ Psychology / Behavioral Sciences will be preferred . Experience in conducting training is a must. Experience and comprehensive knowlegde of courseware design and delivering behavioural training is essential. Also should posses experience in Process Training.
